All Timbre Hearing hearing aids ship using USPS priority (2-3 business days) at no charge. Additional Accessories are shipped via USPS priority (2-3 business days) for $7.75 per order. Special orders may have an extra charge. Please ask your Timbre Hearing customer service representative for details.
Devices may be returned for a full credit within 45 days from the date of purchase. Simply call 1-888-502-7295 and a Customer Support Specialist will gladly take care of you. We’ll send you a return material authorization number (RMA) and a pre-paid shipping label so you’ll incur no additional shipping charges.
All Timbre hearing aids carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Physical damage and water damage are not covered by this warranty
Our Universal Warranty is also available for a period of 2 years for an additional $5 per unit, per month. Timbre Hearing will replace your lost hearing aid. A $75 deductible applies per unit claim.
Clean and Check Service
If you feel that your device might be in need of an evaluation and a good thorough cleaning, we’ll perform that service for a flat fee of $50.00. If it requires repair, our prevailing flat $75 charge will apply.
